ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return an item purchased through our online shop, you have 28 days from date of invoice to return the item to us in an unworn, unused condition with an undamaged package for an exchange or refund.

To start a return, please contact us at gbradley@gordonhegartyandsons.ie. Please insure that:

  • Return/exchange is within 28 days of the date on your invoice.
  • Items are clean, unworn and unused.
  • Invoice number is stated on the returns form which is enclosed in the parcel.
  • ‘Sale’ items at the time of ordering are non-refundable.

  1. Items You No-Longer Want

If you wish to return an item or an order that you no longer want and is still within 30 days of the invoice date, please notify us by email and arrange return for the item(s) through a courier of your choice. We do not take responsibility for the cost of returns in this nature. Please return order/item(s) to our Tullow Branch:

  1. Faulty, damaged or incorrect item(s) or Order

In the rare occasion that your package or item(s) in your package arrives damaged, the item is faulty or the item(s) picked is incorrect, we will organise collection or provide you with a shipping label to return the item(s) free of charge

 

  1. Electrical Items

Any electrical items purchased from Gordon Hegarty and Sons are non-returnable. In the un-likely event of an electrical item arriving damaged or broken, the customer is required to supply sufficient evidence to prove the package was damaged which resulted in the product inside arriving damaged.

 

In-Store Collection

Where a customer has selected the ‘in-store collection’ option at checkout and the order is not collected within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded through the original payment method.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note it may take a couple of working days for the money to re-appear on your account.

NOTE: All returns must have a filled in returns form enclosed (attached below).
